Key Responsibility

• As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be report directly to Infrastructure In charge.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure projects remain within budget.
• Maintain and update data, records, and documentation.
• Support the construction and maintenance team by ensuring compliance with financial and contractual obligations.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to gather accurate cost information.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant work experience in construction cost estimation and project budgeting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in cost control software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
