Quality Assurance Officer

Site Office – Merauke

Key Responsibility

• As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be report directly to Operation Assistant Manager.
• Develop, review, and update SOPs for field operations and processing activities.
• Ensure all agricultural practices comply with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and work with operational teams to implement corrective actions
• Assist in handling non-conformities and implementing preventive measures.

Qualification

• Diploma Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in agriculture or agribusiness (especially, sugarcane industry).
• Strong understanding of SOPs, audit procedures, and quality systems.
• Good communication, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate in English (Spoken and Written)
