INDUSTRIAL RELATION MANAGER

Key Responsibility
- As a Industrial Relation Manager you will report directly to HR Director
- Manage and maintain industrial relations with employees and labor unions.
- Develop and implement industrial relations strategies in line with company policies and government regulations.
- Handle and resolve industrial disputes efficiently and fairly.
- Lead the negotiation of Collective Labor Agreements (CLA).
- Provide expert advice on labor law, employment policies, and human resources matters.
- Establish and maintain constructive communication with local labor authorities.
- Prepare regular reports related to labor relations and workforce conditions.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial relations, preferably in the manufacturing or plantation sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, government regulations, and dispute resolution processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven experience working with labor unions.
- Adaptable to fieldwork culture and challenges in remote areas
