INDUSTRIAL RELATION MANAGER

Key Responsibility

  • As a Industrial Relation Manager you will report directly to HR Director
  • Manage and maintain industrial relations with employees and labor unions.
  • Develop and implement industrial relations strategies in line with company policies and government regulations.
  • Handle and resolve industrial disputes efficiently and fairly.
  • Lead the negotiation of Collective Labor Agreements (CLA).
  • Provide expert advice on labor law, employment policies, and human resources matters.
  • Establish and maintain constructive communication with local labor authorities.
  • Prepare regular reports related to labor relations and workforce conditions.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial relations, preferably in the manufacturing or plantation sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, government regulations, and dispute resolution processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience working with labor unions.
  • Adaptable to fieldwork culture and challenges in remote areas
