HR Service Excellence & Reporting Ast Manager

Key Responsibility
- As a HR Service Excellence & Reporting Ast Manager you will report directly HR Director
- Provide insights and improvement suggestions on the current end-to-end processes to the HR Director, and develop concrete programs aimed at achieving optimal service levels, supported by updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist and support cross-functional collaboration within the HR division by ensuring timely service delivery and promoting efficiency in processes, time management, and cost control.
- Responsible for preparing reports in the form of spreadsheets, presentations, and dashboards for the purposes of analysis, monitoring, and proposing improvement ideas to the HR Director, to be used as supporting information in proposals to top management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, HR strategy, or business process improvement roles.
- Proven ability to analyze end-to-end HR processes and provide practical, data-driven improvement recommendations.
- Experience in developing and implementing SOPs, programs, or initiatives aimed at improving HR service delivery.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in data reporting and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in preparing reports and proposals for senior management.
