Key Responsibility

• As a Civil Maintenance, you will be report directly to Maintenance Coordinator
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, roads, drainage, and other civil infrastructure.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on civil components such as structures, plumbing, and basic electrical systems.
• Identify damage or wear and take corrective action in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all facilities meet safety regulations and operational standards.
• Coordinate with other departments for integrated maintenance tasks.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in civil maintenance or related work.
• Strong understanding of civil systems and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, and building repairs.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
