Infrastructure and Maintenance Manager

About the role

As an Infrastructure and Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining overall condition of the estate’s infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintain the overall condition of the infrastructure available in the estate
• Manage and supervise contractors and tradespeople
• Inspect the estate regularly for potential problems and safety hazards
• Address complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Ensure the estate complies with all safety and security regulations and codes
• Implement and maintain emergency plans and procedures
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets
• Monitor and track expenses
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably coming from Electrical or Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in construction project
• Having exposure to Project Manager, Site Manager or similar roles
