QA / QC Engineer Officer

Key Responsibility

  • QA / QC Engineer Officer you will report directly to Port & Infrastructure Asistant Manager
  • Electrical & Instrumentation System Design – Develop and implement electrical and control systems for sugar processing.
  • Automation & Process Optimization – Integrate PLC/DCS systems for efficient factory operations.
  • Installation & Commissioning – Oversee the setup of electrical panels, sensors, and control devices.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Ensure reliability and minimize downtime through proactive maintenance.
  • Compliance & Safety – Adhere to industry standards for electrical safety and process control.
  • Digitalization & Cybersecurity (additional benefit) – Implement secure industrial networks, real-time monitoring, and predictive
  • maintenance using IoT and AI-driven analytics.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering, preferably in manufacturing or sugar industry projects
  • Expertise in PLC/DCS programming, automation, and process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical safety, power distribution, and control systems.
  • Experience in digitalization and cybersecurity is a valuable advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to Merauke for factory site visits and project execution.
  • Familiarity with Electrical Standards (International and Indonesian SNI)
  • Proven leadership skills, including team management, project coordination, and stakeholder communication
  • Experience working with engineering consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and successful project execution
