Key Responsibility

• As a Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), you will be report directly to Infrastructure In charge.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Conduct inspections and ensure all systems are running efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure MEP systems are well-integrated and comply with building standards.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Qualification

• Strong understanding of:
  • HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
  • Electrical installations, lighting systems, and control systems
  • Clean water and wastewater piping systems
  • Plumbing equipment and layout planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience in MEP design or maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
